Metro Hotel Apartments provides the following accommodation conditions for you:

Check-in	14:00
Check-out	12:00
Booking cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation due to force majeure, please notify the administration in advance.
Additional residence condition	Early check-in (from 6:00 AM) and late check-out (until 6:00 PM) are charged at 50% of the daily rate.

According to the hotel rules, the room is provided upon presentation of a passport or other document confirming the identity.

Please be respectful to other hotel guests and do not disturb the peace of guests staying in neighboring rooms. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the hotel.
